Lisa Welge Photography is now The Goodness!

I could not imagine a more beautiful setting for Zac and Brenda’s wedding. The two were wed last weekend in Ashland, Oregon and Geoff and I feel so grateful to have been a part of it! Here is a little teaser image from their wedding day. Stay tuned for the full wedding!

Wendy and Cory’s wedding was simply fantastic. From the fun group of guests, to the adorable DIY details, to the glamorous newlyweds, it was an amazing day. I SO can’t wait to post the whole wedding! Please enjoy this teaser until then!

I am sooooooo excited to announce a new addition to our repertoire here at Lisa Welge Photography — The Shot Spot! The Shot Spot is our version of a photo booth, only way better! We bring the background, the lights, the camera, the photographer, the printer, and the props — all you need is a group of wedding guests ready to let down their inhibitions and get crazy for the camera! And at Wendy and Cory’s wedding on Saturday, (which was AMAZING!) they went nuts! It was sooo much fun! Wendy supplied the pink sofa, which she DYED herself. I love this girl. These first shots of Wendy and Cory are just perfect! So glamourous.

Of course we had to jump in for some shots too!We can’t wait to start bringing the Shot Spot to more weddings! It is seriously WAY too much fun! And we can’t wait to share the rest of Wendy and Cory’s wedding photos. Keep your eyes peeled!

Alex and Catherine both looked absolutely gorgeous on their equally beautiful and personal wedding day last week. We had an amazing time spending the day with their friends and family as we photographed the festivities. I can’t wait to share the rest!

Chris and Natalie’s wedding at Lake Natoma Inn was awesome. We had a great time getting to know their family and friends and capturing their big day. I love how happy they are in this photo — Natalie was just glowing all day! More coming soon!

Mike and Shawna are so sweet. We had a great time at their wedding. It was a small intimate day filled with lots of personal touches and family love. The wedding was held at Oak Leigh Wedding Gardens in Fair Oaks which is really a very cute location a bit off the beaten path.

One of our favorite florists, Brandi of Party Petals did an amazing job on the florals. I just love haw she alway add something personal, like the tiny horseshoe on the bout’s, because Mike is a huge Colts fan. Check out the Colts garters that Shawna surprised Mike with!

Mike and Shawna chose to do a “Smudging Ceremony” which is of Native america origin. It was something we’d never seen before but was very neat.

After the ceremony, we were getting ready for the family pictures, and this little guy wanted to say hi!

Shawna actually made all the jewelry for her and her bridesmaids. I really like how the florist included one of the earrings on the bouquet.

The cake was made by Shawna’s sister in law. Amazing! I love the purple.

Isn’t this just the cutest family ever!!?

Mike and Shawn you two are so great. Major congratulations to you both. We had such a wonderful time at your fantastic wedding. We know you have a great future ahead of you and wish you the best. Thank you for having us be a part of your wedding day.
