Alex and Catherine’s downtown engagement session
May 10, 2010Catherine and Alex are one unique, fun, ultra-cool couple of people. We had their engagement session in Downtown Sacramento in and around some of my favorite alleyways. We started the session with a couple of drinks at a favorite bar of Alex and Catherine, The Shady Lady.
I loved the fact that they had a photo booth, and so did Alex and Catherine so we took the opportunity. Honestly, who doesn’t love a photo booth?!
After that we headed outside to walk around downtown a bit. Alex and Catherine were just way too cute together. They told us they were a bit nervous, but they did amazing!
After soaking up the sun for a bit, we headed into some grungy alleys. I love finding something beautiful in something considered “ugly”. Of course, Catherine and Alex are good-looking enough to beautify up any situation!
They even made friends with a cute lil’ ladybug.
Ahhhhh…Alex and Catherine, you two are just lovely. We had so much fun with you. I simply adore your engagement session photos and Geoff and I are way too excited about your wedding this July.
